By accessing and using DFUS, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. No Liability for Data Loss

DFUS is provided "as is" and without warranty. Due to the ephemeral nature of our infrastructure (utilizing free cloud tiers), data loss can occur at any time. We are not liable for any lost, corrupted, or deleted files. **Do not use this service as a permanent backup.**

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload any illegal, copyrighted, or malicious content. While uploads are anonymous, illegal content will be purged immediately upon discovery and IP addresses may be reported to the authorities.

4. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. The server may occasionally go to sleep after periods of inactivity, resulting in delayed cold starts.
